I am a creative, nature loving, playful being that enjoys seeing others lighten up and express themselves in their most authentic way. For most of my life, I’ve been a spiritual seeker. I was curious about life and healing, and my quest began. I studied counseling, life skills coaching, dance facilitation, Reiki, and I stepped more into the world of alternative spiritual healing.

I found that SAEM brings harmony and balance into a person’s life. With conscious co-creative work with a trained practitioner an individual is supported to make lasting shifts. SAEM is about healing and connecting into a person’s conscious awareness as it translates into the material manifestation of life itself.

Together, we – you and I (as your SAEM practitioner) – can reveal what your heart and soul would like to express. At all times, I will ask for your conscious permission to do this work, and explain what is happening, and you can shift more into your authentic nature. As your witness, and SAEM practitioner, it would be an honour to support you on your journey.
