I teach Sacred Anatomy Medicine because it’s the natural next step in my journey unfolding over decades. After forty years as a software engineer and manager—roles rooted in logic, structure, and problem-solving—I discovered a very different system when I took my first Sacred Anatomy EDGE class in 2010. Over years of studying with Desda, my sensitivity deepened and the energetic shifts became clear. That steady opening helped me grow more at ease with myself and attuned to others, giving me grounded confidence that feels earned.

Now, as a Practitioner 2, I’m ready to share what I’ve learned so others can experience the balance, wholeness, and energetic protection that has supported me. I know firsthand what it’s like to move from uncertainty to clarity, from “Is this real?” to “This is palpable in my energy body.” Teaching helps me guide people to stay centered and protected—especially from subtle ways we get energetically “slimed” by the world. It continues my lifelong pattern: taking complex systems, understanding them deeply, and guiding others toward mastery in a safe, grounded, and empowering way.

My classes are open to people of all walks of life who can participate online. I limit class sizes so everyone gets the support they need and deserve. I use gentle humor, proven class content, joyful movement, and clear, non-judgmental guidance to create a safe, welcoming space for exploration. This helps you feel seen, heard, and empowered to embody your shifts into a more confident and authentic you.
