Yet as meaningful as those formative years of training and practice were, something remained missing—until 2005, when I met Desda Zuckerman. Her extraordinary teachings gave a whole new meaning to the concept of the “body” , a meaning so profound, ancient and expansive, that I quickly realized that my understanding of what I previously considered to be the “body”, might be only the tiniest fraction of the whole!

Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine revealed what lay both underneath and beyond what it simply means to be “us.”

Just as the creative process brings the unseen into form, Sacred Anatomy gives us a new language—a way to perceive, sense, and understand the soul’s inner landscape. It helps us remember that we are far more than our name, personality, or our life story- that we are beings capable of such immense wisdom, capacity, and light.

I have been deeply honored to study with Desda for over 20 years, becoming a Senior Practitioner in (2017) and co-facilitator of two of her teaching intensives, The Nine Levels of Sensing and 13 Gateways to the Soul.

Previously certified as a teacher of the Edge class, I now look forward to joining the new cohort of teachers in bringing forward the Edge Express – a beautiful and inspiring new version of this life changing, sacred practice.

I have been a dedicated meditator for over 50 years and deeply influenced by Buddhist mindfulness teachings and on-going education in ethical spiritual behavior in everyday life.

My main philosophy- is, and really has always been most simply, that we what need we already have. My intention is to support your remembering, deepen your understanding and help your expansion into all that you truly are.
