This work is grounded in the understanding that we reflect and inform one another. In that exchange, I hold a clear, steady presence so the system can recognize itself more fully. From there, healing is not something imposed, but something that arises naturally—as the structure moves toward its own sense of wholeness.
I work by paying close attention to patterns within the system across physical, emotional, cognitive, and subtle layers. My training in Surgical, Nine Levels, and MedBag within Sacred Anatomy supports this level of clarity and care. I am currently studying massage therapy to bring this awareness more directly into the body through hands-on work.
My background includes over 20 years as a Principal Member of Technical Staff in network engineering. Working with complex systems taught me how to notice patterns, understand connections, and recognize how small shifts can influence the whole. That way of seeing continues to guide my work.
I also bring over 26 years of training in Indian Classical Odissi dance from Odisha, as both a performer and instructor in India and the United States. This has given me a deep, lived understanding of the body—its rhythm, structure, and expression. As a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor (since 2015), I’ve developed a steady relationship with breath and attention, which supports my ability to stay present with subtle shifts in the system. I have completed Level II as a practitioner and plan to continue through Levels III and IV as taught by Desda Zuckerman. Sacred Anatomy continues to shape my work, and I remain committed to learning and deepening this practice.
