More than 25 years ago I began teaching yoga, helping others to connect with their innermost selves. Then in 2012, after a severe brain injury, I discovered Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine (SAEM) and I woke up to a deeper understanding of my Whole Self. SAEM helped me to address not just the physical manifestations of my injury, but the hindering dysfunctions of my subtle structure. Dealing with the whole allowed me to heal and recover in a way that hadn’t been possible in dealing with just the physical symptoms that caused my pain and suffering.

I began to see how my own stamina and resources were drained by how I interacted in the world. My great capacity for empathy was out of balance. SAEM gave me a broader vision of how to hold my own boundaries AND offer caring more effectively.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of studying SAEM and helping others to grow and thrive as a Level IV SAEM Practitioner. There’s nothing like helping others find empowerment so that they can also interact in the world in a healthy and joyful way. Now, I’m thrilled to draw on my years of teaching to share the tools of SAEM’s Edge Express to help others establish their own powerful boundary-setting skills. The Edge Express is a fun, accessible daily practice that you can do quickly and efficiently.
