Our first journey is within, the foundational skill of living as a spiritual being in a physical body. By focusing our attention on the edge of our Sacred Anatomy, we stand in witness to our true nature: an individuated spark of the divine in a conscious universe. Now, we can choose to enter the heart of compassion.
We live in a world full of love, magic, and miracles, where transformation is as instantaneous as a new thought, and kindness is a most natural response.
But human beings need structure. We can find this with spiritual practice, entering a way of being that feels ancient and new at the same time. Through the Sacred Anatomy Academy I now offer years of advanced training, but the foundation of it all and my heart offering to you is the Edge Practice.
I sincerely endorse these beautiful souls as they carry the Sacred Anatomy teachings forward into the world.
